Kylie Sayce is an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner registered with AHPRA (NMW0001261411) and a member of the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners. She holds a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) from the University of Newcastle and brings more than 30 years of clinical experience across acute, critical, primary and virtual care.
Her clinical practice focuses on recurrent vaginal conditions; including bacterial vaginosis, recurrent thrush, recurrent UTIs, vaginal discharge and Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause — conditions that are frequently under treated or misdiagnosed in standard care settings.

- Order and interpret pathology, imaging and microbiome testing
- Prescribe medications including antibiotics and hormonal therapies
- Refer to medical specialists

Kylie has more than 30 years of clinical experience spanning critical care, cardiology, remote, sexual and reproductive health, primary care and virtual healthcare.
She has personally delivered more than 30,000 telehealth consultations across national virtual healthcare platforms and has held senior clinical leadership roles with nationally recognised healthcare organisations including Aspen Medical, Sonic HealthPlus and HealtheCare.
Since December 2025, she has operated Kylie Sayce NP — her telehealth women's health practice focuses on recurrent vaginal conditions and the vaginal microbiome.
